I use iheartwags.com and iheartcvs.com for the early ad previews for those particular stores. For the coupon inserts, there are several places (Taylortown Preview, Coupon Clippers, and Sunday Coupon Preview) that will often have the coupons listed for the inserts (usually by Thursday). Now - with those previews sometimes there are regional differences - we may not get a coupon that was listed or we may get a different value - but generally they are a good guide. I like to use them to get ready for the weekly sales and it also helps me decide if I want to buy an extra paper (or two) that week :-)

Thanks for this great info. I do wonder how you all know what coupons are coming up as well as the new ads--is there a service or website that I can sign up for? Thanks!
